Project Overview

The system will be designed as a full Digital Help Desk, i.e. a Digital Information Display System that will be used by all ward offices to display information about services, notices, public representatives, staff details, general information, and other. The system will include features such as sliders which will display photos of the office, project progress photos, data, and other information, detailed information about an organization's services (Citizen Charter), a bottom floating notice, details of members/staff including images and contact information, information about people's representatives, employee details, videos created by an organization that will contain information or notices released to their targeted citizens, and keypad navigation for navigating to specific information desired by a user. The system will also display the time, weather forecast, and an organization's side newsletter automatically.

आफ्नो स्थानको मौसम सम्बन्धि विवरण, समय तथा अन्य कुराहरु सेवाग्राहीले हेर्न सकिने l

कार्यालयसंग सम्बन्धित Video हरु, विभिन्न गोष्ठीक Video हरु, आफ्नो क्षेत्रमा भएका पर्यटकिय स्थानको Video हरु, जनचेतना मुलक Video हरु सेवाग्राहीलाइ देखाउन सकिने l

कस्तो खालको सेवाग्राही (महिला, पुरुस, अपाङ्ग, वृद्धा, अन्य) ले के-कस्तो गुनासो गरेका छन् भन्ने कुराको मुल्यांकन गरि कार्यालय तथा कर्मचारी ले काम गर्ने ढांचा तय गर्न सहज हुने l

गुनासो सम्बन्धि प्रश्नावली जतिपनि थप घट गर्न सकिने राष्ट्रिय गान कुन समयमा बजाउने हो सो अनुसार व्यवस्थापन गर्न सकिने l
